My favorite brunch dish is Eggs Benedict! Here's a pic that Bee took of a recent Eggs Benedict order.

@Mrs. Cowgirl: yummmm I LOVE LOX!!
On that note, my very favorite brunch item is at a place in Cambridge, MA called S&S. It's called Eggs Copenhagen. It's kind of like Eggs Benedict. It's a toasted english muffin topped with sauteed onions, then topped with lox, then poached eggs, all topped with hollandaise. They're served with their amazing hashbrowns (basically kind of a mix between roasted potatoes and mashed potatoes.... totally mushed up with butter and cream, slightly crispy and mushy all at the same time) and a cup of fresh fruit.
Omg I want some right now.
I actually tried to remake the meal at home and it was ok!
