I use leaf lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell pepper, and avocado usually. When I have one for lunch I add sliced pickles, cheese, and turkey.

Tons of stuff! I love arugula and spinach and I put in (not all at the same time, fyi haha) chickpeas, edamame, feta cheese, goat cheese, tuna, almonds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, grape tomatoes, red and green peppers, onions, beets...probably more that I can't think of, haha.

Whatever is in my fridge! Leftover meat, chopped into tiny bits, whatever cheese is in there, whatever veggies I can find. But always either ranch or bleu cheese dressing, lol.

Salmon, tomatoes, red onions, shredded carrot, corn, olives, jalapenos, pickled beets, cottage cheese, sunflower seeds, walnuts. No dressing. (I have a salad bar at work, so it's all already cut up and out for me - I don't have to do any prep work!)

My perfect salad is spinach and/or arugula, dried cranberries (or fresh strawberries), toasted walnuts, Gorgonzola, goat or feta cheese crumbles and a homemade honey balsamic vinaigrette. Occasional add-ins: sliced mushrooms and a diced hard-boiled egg.

I had a salad at a restaurant that I loved and now I make it all the time: candied walnuts, gorgonzola, mandarin oranges, and strawberry or raspberry vinaigrette. So good!
