I'm not usually a big snacker but these days I find myself always needing something to munch on... almost purely for that hand-to-mouth impulse. Right now I'm eating popcorn and it's doing the trick, even though I didn't really want it while I was microwaving it..! I used to have a big bag of chocolate covered pomegranate gummies in my desk and I resisted the urge to buy another yesterday at costco... I'm gonna be good!!
But I do need other ideas... and I'm allergic to most fresh fruit, including apples
What do you munch on when you have the munchies???
I'm gonna have to bring some of those in too.
