I'm currently using Zyrtec when it gets really bad. It works ok, but I'm still sneezing like crazy when I'm right next to a flowering tree!

I have a prescription nasal spray. I have year round allergies to dust and mold. I sometimes take a Claritin or Benadryl if things get really bad but overall my spray is my go to. I use to be miserable with allergy attacks all the time. Its awful

Raw local honey a couple times a day + no dairy make a big difference for me. I've only been dairy free for about a week now but allergies are at least 50% better. And probably less relevant- I also try not to stand right under trees and wash my hair often. If they become a hinderance I will take fexofenadina (generic of allegra d) but it takes a while to work since you need it to build up in your body.
