In years past I've made things in a crockpot and brought it in. This year I'm thinking about making pumpkin bars since I'll be making it for DD1's thanksgiving / friendship feast at daycare.

I always do Asian Slaw Salad. I don't want to have to reheat anything in the microwave.

My MIL usually makes an apple cider (or mulled wine if it's not during the day) and takes it in a crock pot.
My favorite holiday potluck item is peppermint bark. It's super easy and looks pretty.
