In years past I've made things in a crockpot and brought it in. This year I'm thinking about making pumpkin bars since I'll be making it for DD1's thanksgiving / friendship feast at daycare.

We do international cuisine since there are a lot of different ethnicity at work; DH always made dumplings!

crockpot meatballs... always a big hit, super cheap.

I always do Asian Slaw Salad. I don't want to have to reheat anything in the microwave.
Meatballs would be cheap.

My MIL usually makes an apple cider (or mulled wine if it's not during the day) and takes it in a crock pot.
My favorite holiday potluck item is peppermint bark. It's super easy and looks pretty.
