I just ordered photo books for my mom and MIL. (it was a PITA to make!)
DH asked what I wanted and.. I told him I didn't want anything.
I have some time to change my mind though! haha.

DH always lets me take naps and chill and go out shopping and he takes care of our son...basically because I'm a monster if I don't...so, I don't know what else i'd want! That't about it...sleep and free time.
I wouldn't mind jeweler. I am pretty sure DH will get me something nice because he has been asking about Mother's Day. He might combine my 25th bday gift and mother's day, knowing him! -
Dinner and date with my husband. We've hinted strongly to my IL's and SIL that we'd prefer something like that. My birthday is the day after Mom's Day, so fingers are crossed!
