Is there a brush you use or do you just use your hands?

I just rinse them quick. probably should do a better job at it. But I normally just run them under cold water and call it a day!

I rinse them and then rub with a paper towel. Sometimes I feel like that's gross, but I don't have a better idea for what to do!

I use a fruit and veggie spray and my hands, or i will let the fruit sit for a few minutes and then rinse.

In Mexico we leave fruit and veggies in water and disinfecting iodine drops for like 10 minutes before eating! It's a major PITA!

@mediagirl: LOL, It started when I started getting a lot more stuff at farmers' markets (ya know how it has much more visible dirt that stuff from the grocery store) but then I just started using it on everything. I soak greens in water with a couple of squirts of the cleaner and spray it right on hard fruits and veggies then scrub with the brush. My husband literally thinks I'm nuts, haha.

I also use a produce wash and usually leave them soaking in cold water for a few minutes, rinse again and then eat.
