DS is almost 20 months and was a late talker... He's been saying Mama for a couple months, and just started saying Mommy this week. I love both and I'm obsessed with his cute little voice!!!

DS is 2 and calls me mama, probably because that's how I always referred to myself & what DH says when he talks about me.
He calls DH "daddy"

They both call me Mummy, although occasionally an American accent slips out and it becomes Mommy.
DD1 (age 3) sometimes calls us by our first names but usually in a joking manner to show us she knows our names. We find it hilarious but will cease doing so if she starts calling us by name for real!

When my son was a baby, he couldn't say his first name. He made something up for it. He calls me something that rhymes with that. I'd post it, but it is pretty identifying.

DS says mama or mommy. He had made the switch to just mommy, which made me sad, but once DD started saying mama he switched back!

Mommy or mom. She is 27 months. Every once in awhile she will also call me by my first name after she hears it from someone else!

My two year old uses "mama" most often but has also picked up mommy, mom, honey, and Anne!
Same with my husband. She calls him Dada, Appa (dad in his language), but also sometimes Dad, Honey, or his first name!
It's so weird.

She now calls me mommy, all thanks to Peppa Pig. We live abroad and everyone says "mamma" and "pappa" here. Since she's been watching the show, we're now mommy and daddy. I'm grateful she doesn't say mummy!

I have been Mommy from the beginning - I love it
LO actually calls all middle aged women Mom... It's because she sees me call my mom, Mom! I'm pretty sure she thinks that the categories of people are: boy, girl, man and Mom.

LO1 called me mama first, but then switched to mommy two months later. LO2 is a mama's boy, and he is all about mama at 20 months. Mama this and mama that. I prefer mommy since mama has been played out in our house.

Usually mama, sometimes mommy or mom. Occasionally when we're around other people older DS will call me by my first name, I just let that go because it is always temporary. The first name thing started around 3 yrs old, I think he just heard people calling me that and figured he would do the same. I just find it funny.
