How do you signal it's time to wind down at night, and what things do you do to start the bedtime process?
Wind down time for us starts a little bit after dinner is cleaned up. We usually have about another half hour give or take of play and then we close blinds, turn down bigger lights, do a snack, brush teeth and then read. Sometimes we will go into our bed as a family and watch a show. This isn't exactly how it works out every night, but we try and keep it pretty close to this routine.
