PJs or something else? Usually I will strip LO down to just the onesie is he wearing with a swaddle or sleep sack over. I never change him into PJs for a nap.

Sometimes a long sleeved onesie, short sleeved shirt and comfy pants, or pjs.
DS pretty much stays in what he wears to bed. Tonight he's sleeping in a long sleeved onesie and comfy cotton pants.
I'll keep him in what he's wearing unless he gets too hot. -
Usually her onesie and swaddle. She wears a onesie of some sort most days so I don't change her into pajamas at night unless she is wearing an actual "outfit".

Just a onesie with a sleepsack. He wears this to sleep too!

Whatever she is wearing that day usually. I'll only change it up if she was wearing a jacket of any kind or if she is being cranky and won't let me get her pants back on. She hates getting dressed, so changing clothes that many times a day would be awful!

She naps in the clothing I've put her in for the day. If it's particularly warm, I'll strip her down to a onesie. We change her into footed pajamas a few hours before she goes down for the night. DD refuses to be swaddled, and we haven't yet tried a sleep sack.

whatever he is wearing that day, unless its uncomfortable, like skinny jeans. At that point, ill take his pants off.

In her outfit of the day, which is generally a real outfit and not just a onesie although it will occasionally be a sleep n play. We don't swaddle for naps at this point, because she hates it.

Baby wears regular outfit. Toddler wears regular outfit and light blanket or AA sleepsack.

Whatever she's wearing when she falls asleep. I might take something off before rocking her if she's wearing something particularly uncomfortable, but she mostly hangs out in leggings or sleep and plays anyway.

Whatever he is wearing that day, minus pants if he's wearing jeans. I add a cotton sleep sack on top sometimes

Onesie and swaddle here too. If it's a pj day then she just stays in those with her swaddle.
