LO 2 calls her teachers Miss/Mr. First Name which is what the teachers want at preschool. She definitely doesn't know any of their last names!

Only by first names...I don't even know their last names!

Our school does it by last names.

Either by first name, or "Miss/Ms" first name.

They do Ms. Last names

In daycare it's Miss/Mr. First name. In kindergarten it's Miss/Mrs./Mr. Last name.

By firstname or actually their nickname.

The preschool is in our daycare, so they all do the same thing: Miss Firstname.
Every so often he'll call me Miss Mama because he's so used to it, haha.

Miss Firstname. That's how we have them address our friends, as well.

We have her call her Ms. Ana.

It's a mix, the teachers get to choose their name. Most go by their last name but some first. Regardless it's proceeded with Ms. Now the little (21 months) just refers to them by name, she hasn't got the Ms part down yet.
