My LO has a brown mohawk. I'm kind of curious to when it will even out.... but I do love the mohawk.

@artbee: I don't think I ever asked you? Do you have a boy or girl?
I have a sneaking suspicion our LO will be born bald, as was I! haha

@regberadaisy: Girl. She's often mistaken for a boy though, because of the hair and she has a boyish face still. I wanted her to have lots and lots of hair, and she did have a good amount (the nurse kept telling me she saw lots of brown hair and it was great motivation for me to want to get her out so I could see it!) but it fell out.

Our baby is sporting a mullet so far! Her hair is growing like crazy in the back, but it's only coming in very slowly on the top. She's only 3 weeks old though, so I'm sure that will change...

LO has a faux hawk that grows forward...I can't wait for it to get long enough to fall in its natural place.

My LO has a bowl cut that naturally just grew like that. We gave him a hair cut a month ago to get rid of the bowl cut but it seems to be growing back again!

@skibobrown: our friend's baby girl had a mullet, she was soooo cute! They were embarrassed of it and cut it off before my wedding though. I loved it!
@banana: awww the bowl cut was meant to be!

@artbee: haha! I guess he can't blame me in the future for making him have a bowl cut. Like you said, it was just meant to be!

Wagon Jr. was born with a good head of black straight hair. Then it grew straight up and he looked like a troll doll or Don Ho for quite a while. It was thick and dark and at least 3 inches long and stood STRAIGHT UP towards the sky. Then it settled down, and was so long, but started to grow out so it looked like we gave him an "undercut" (kept the top long, but shaved underneath). People would ask if we cut his hair to be that way! Eventually it all grew back in again and was super long and thick, and would stick into his eyes if he was sweaty, so we cut it for the first time at the ripe old age of 7 MONTHS OLD. So young but it had to be done!
This was him right before his first haircut:

Oh, this was the sticking straight up hair:
