I'm a SAHM! I was more or less in social work before though. I was a counselor at a group home.

Other! I started my own little pet care business. I have a theater degree though, with a minor in dance. If we ever go back to the US, or an English speaking country, I def. still want to pursue that.

Accountant. But I need to think about a career change when I go back to work... I'm bored of this now.

I hesitate to check education in the poll, I work in post-secondary, not a teacher and definitely not even close to daycare, lol.

Hmm I don't fit into any of the categories. I work in promotional medical education on behalf of pharma companies.

@regberadaisy: I could vote medical but I don't like lumping myself in that group. Doctors and nurses are in a league of their own. (In a good way, of course.) I'm not trained in any kind of patient care.

@mamabolt: My grad school internship was in exactly this
I voted social work, since that is the closest. I work at a nonprofit, that among other things, does a lot of social programs.

I voted construction because I'm an engineer, but I'm a different type.

I put social work, since I work for a suicide prevention non-profit that does a ton of outreach in the community, but I'll be leaving in 2 weeks (eek!) to be a SAHM.
