Having a 6 month old that refuses to sleep does a lot to curb the fever for another! But then I see him and his brothers all loving each other and I start to think the sleep deprivation is short lived but the love is lasting so....

The only thing that gives me baby fever is thinking about my daughter as a newborn. It was seriously the best time of my life!!
The baby fever goes away when my now 2 year old throws herself down in a store and kicks and cries and hits me in the face when I pick her up. That kills it instantly, haha.

@SweetiePie: I love your response! I also had PPD and watched a lot of shows, including The Affair. I remember walking around with her, trying to get her to sleep while watching. Fond, but difficult memories for sure.

@youboots: This pregnancy of mine should be enough to take away your baby fever, lolol.
I LOVE being pregnant, but this current pregnancy has been rough (intense "morning" sickness from 6-22 weeks). I will NEVER forget it, and even if we were considering a 3rd, I would absolutely not do it again. I will allow my baby fever to manifest itself is supporting my friends with their future babies.
And more seriously, kids are so expensive (well, child care + insurance). We simply couldn't afford 3 kids where we live, so it's just out of the question.

Sorry if this is an old post! I am new here- just made the switch from weddingbee LOL.
I have had such strong baby fever my entire engagement. Now the wedding is about a month away and all I can think of is TTC after.
Reading some of your stories is helping to curb that a little!!
