Would love to buy a house! First we have to master living on one income, so I guess learning to budget and be frugal is the more immediate goal...hopefully our savings won't take a hit and we'll be able to build them up more this year for a down payment & moving costs.

1. Get on the fitness train and make some body changes
2. Get pregnant with #2
3. Curb my shopping habit (ugh!!)
4. Refinish our bedroom furniture.
