We need to sleep train. My girl used to STTN and ever since she started rolling, she has been waking up 1-2x a night. I don't even know if the rolling is what wakes her up, it's just the only other thing that happened around the time her sleep went to crap... I nurse to sleep. When she wakes up, I nurse her. She'll sleep 8:45, wake up at 1 or 2, and then again at 5 or 6 before getting up for the day around 830. It sucks!

I was all set to sleep train this past Monday, and then she STTN 3 nights in a row! She tricked me! But she's back to her shenanigans now:)

The reasons why I'm super chicken about it, more so than the average mom, is bc we are moving in exactly 2 weeks into a condo we're subletting for 7 weeks, and then moving into the house we're building. So looooooots of disruption ahead and I wonder if I sleep trained her (Ferber) if it would be all for nothing bc it will just get screwed up again???

And if you DON'T sleep train, don't they eventually figure it out themselves- self soothing/going back to sleep/etc? I read that most kids who go from STTN to having issues between 5-7 mos old will eventually go back to STTN on their own.

Should I wait it out? Did you avoid sleep training and just suffered and eventually it all worked out?

Part of me feels like she'd be easy to sleep train since I'm only trying to knock out that one Wakeup between 1-2. I can handle that 5-6am one.

I'm so torn!!!!
