I bought electric toothbrushes (~50% off) for DH and I and a waterpik flosser (also ~50% off), and thought about taking advantage of 20% off skip hop stuff, but didn't because the things I would have bought are on my registry and I'll get the completion discount if someone else doesn't buy them for us. ooh good to know about the dohm! have been wanting to buy another. i got the air purifier/fan i have been eyeing. otherwise i'm trying not to pull the trigger on anything i wasn't already looking to buy.

So far I got some running socks (I needed more) and a maxi dress for me. I also got the Hoot Owl Hoot game because we have a bunch of bday parties coming up and it's a cute one!

Anyone know where I can get Melissa and Doug costumes on sale today? I don't see them on Amazon prime…

I finally bought an Instant Pot - but my slow cooker actually broke the last time I used it so I sort of needed something to replace it with anyway, and I got this hair dryer tool my friend swears by the Revlon One-Step.

@JJ2626: What earbuds did you get? I was looking for fully wireless ones but didn't see any.

@crazydoglady: I know you didn't ask me but I am finding the car seat deals pretty disappointing. A lot of them were cheaper in the weeks leading up, it seems like they raised a bunch of the prices and then put coupons on them to make it seem like a good sale.

Honestly target and albee baby seem to have better prices today on lots of seats.

@bhbee: We got the same Mia's Treehouse set since my LO picked it out at the start of summer as her 'reward' for completing extra at-home school work. Saving it for when she's reached her goals

I also picked up some other small toys for an upcoming road trip (Melissa and Doug stained glass kits) and a board game (Pretty Pretty Princess!!).

Last there was an under-desk printer stand I've had on my list for months that was on sale. Not sure if it was Prime day related or not but it was 25% off so I went with it.

I also looked at a soda stream @Mommy Finger: but I haven't purchased yet - we drink SO MUCH seltzer but I am nervous I won't like the flavors for the soda stream and that it won't be as portable as cans

@lindseykaye: I don't actually use any of the flavors that come with the soda streams. They might be better now but they used to be super artificial tasting. My favorite flavor of LaCroix and Bubly is usually grapefruit. I get the Simply Grapefruit juice and add a little of it to my seltzer. I do the same with lemonades and other juices. I have also been known to use a crystal light packet that you're supposed to mix into a bottle of water. I mix the packet with a small amount of water and then slowly pour it into a bottle of seltzer to flavor it. And I mean slowly or it will totally fizz all over the place. We actually won a soda stream 8 years ago from BBB when we did our registry completion party but it's gotten sort of busted. So this will replace that one.

@lindseykaye: Totally get it! Our local store had Bubly on sale like a month ago for $3/12 pack and I'm pretty sure I bought 15-20 of them over the course of the sale. They're almost gone! DH just quit drinking so he's going through these fast.

@Chuckles: Shamed for shopping on Prime Day? Damn, man we can't catch a break! Literally everything I do (use a sandwich bag, order something online, get a drink to go) makes me feel guilty.

I;m getting a FireStick, wooden kitchen toys and some wall hooks. Maybe a Nalgene.
