@lemondrop: Oh man, your husband would not like me! I was going to comment and say that a Buckeye is someone with horrible taste in college sports, haha! I don't even watch football, but when you went to Univ of Michigan and work in Ohio...yeah, I've taken a lot of crap for that, lol.

I went to ASU's rival U of AZ, and ended up working at ASU for a couple years. Endless teasing both ways, I feel ya!
I do really enjoy the stories about the Wolverines and Buckeyes that fell in love, I find that hilarious! The way my husband acts, I can't even imagine that happening

I do prefer using real butter though, if I'm going down, I'm making it worthwhile!

If I'm feeling lazy sometimes I just press the pb mixture into a pan and melt the chocolate on top, refrigerate, and cut into squares.

@lemondrop: we use almost the same recipe but put a little vegetable oil in the choc chips instead of margarine (that seems like a lot of margarine?). i am a butter fan too...

@Bookish: my husband is trying to convert me away from being an OSU fan, which I am pretty sure is not happening, but all the compliance nonsense and arrests don't make it easy...
my BIL went to A&M and we saw them this weekend--they tried to pull the "oh, you're just jealous because we beat Alabama and you didn't", but it didn't get very far!
