Galbi jim, which is Korean braised short rib stew over rice. I loosely followed this recipe, and it is simmering on the stove... nom nom can't wait to eat!

@fancyfunction: What recipe do you use? I found a crockpot recipe for pasta fagioli that I'm kind of obsessed with, and it makes like 3 or 4 meals worth. Yum!!!!
