For those of you that were/are on a milk protein elimination diet. What did you cut?
I'm almost convinced my LO has an allergy so I'm going to try it for 2-3 weeks and see what happens. I've already been cutting the obvious like milk and only occasionally eggs and some ice cream.
On my list:
Milk
Cream
Yogurt
Butter
Cheese
Sour cream
Soy
Casein
Whey
Pudding

Did you cut things like pastries, cookies, etc as well?
Besides taking calcium supplements how are you satisfying your daily calcium intake needs?
