Last night R was playing with a book in the bath and I was naming all the animals and counting them for her. I said Turtle, can you say turtle? And she did!

This morning she was playing with my shoes and I told her they were purple shoes and she said "puhple?". So I'm calling it a new word. Honestly these days she can repeat back pretty much any word you say.

"trash" she wants to throw everything away by herself. This caused a mini-meltdown yesterday at dinner because she refused to let me put her used tissue in my purse, she had to throw it away. Finally our waitress brought her a little trash can so she could toss it away. It made her night

Baby just started asking for Paa=puffs. My older one is currently obsessed with "entonces" (in Spanish) and likes making really long sentences.
