There have been a lot of gender reveals and pregnancy announcements for baby #2's on my feed lately. I've noticed that almost everyone I know have, or are going to have, one of each! The most common sibling mix though is older son/younger daughter.

I can think of four couples with one of each and one couple with two girls.

I'm one of the first to have two - of the few casual friends we have with two kids, three couples have one of each (two older boy-younger girl, one older girl-younger boy), one is girl-girl like us, and one is boy-boy

Pretty much everyone I know either has a girl or two girls. We joke it's something in the water here! Growing up, almost all the families I knew were boy then girl.

Out of my four best friends, (five of us total including me), we have 8 girls and 2 boys. All of us had a girl for our second - so many girls!
