hmmm for clothes i think the most i spent was $40?

I'm bad.. I spend a lot.. probably the most expensive is $170 for a Oscar de la Renta jumper for his 1st birthday. Followed by some Burberry items I have purchased.

I leave the expensive clothes buying to Grandma....she is a regular at Janie and Jack.

He is wearing a mini gray suit to my brother's wedding. My SIL's sister is making it and I don't know what the damage is going to be. But I consider that to be a special occasion/one time exception.

depends - I don't like to spend more than $10 on every day wear but i'll shell out $30/$40 for coats, special occasion. I can see $60 for a smocked dress - I'd just want to make sure it was used well i.e. birthday, pictures, holiday

IDK what my max limit would be. I tend to only buy on sale or if it's a really good deal. That being said, I could totally see myself "splurging" on some stuff like Baby Burberry, etc if it were on sale - for pictures especially!

DH have a weakness for Burberry clothes, so we'll say that's his max. I think at most, I'm willing to spend about $35 on LO.

I'm all about being thrifty with baby clothes (not to be confused with cheap) I hunt out the quality brands and either wait for them to go on major sale or I buy them used. I don't like to pay full price for anything so I'm going to put myself in the $35 - $45 camp for a special occasion.

@illumina: I bought knock-off ones at Mothercare for like £5! lol

@yoursilverlining: She made that one after I saw a similar Mud Pie one online. C took her Santa pictures in it. She doesn't have an etsy shop, although I've been trying to convince her for like a year and a half.

Maybe $40? I bought some Mini Boden stuff recently that were $20-$30 but they were special occasion clothes.

I would spend a lot...but it would have to be "worth it" to me. I like my name brands.
If the brand has worked for me, I trust it for LO.
I weight the age and usage. So, if LO isn't even walking, then no, I won't spend much on a pair of shoes. If he were walking, i'd splurge.
Hats and coats, i've spent a lot of $$ on because I live in MI and it is winter for 8m out of the year. Kid has gotta look good...

*I plan on handing stuff down to future children or friends/family and/or selling on HB!

I spent $120 on a Burberry dress for LO's 1st birthday. Other than that, everything else I buy is cheap/on sale.

I just spent 26$ on a sweater vest and 11$ on a long sleeved striped shirt for LO and I'm debating going to buy him a pair of pants to go with it...but thats pretty pricey for me already. It's the most I've spent on baby clothes, ever. The next one better be a boy is all I'm saying.

@Weagle: Tell me about it! I've bought my DD a couple things but I could've easily bought the whole collection. Ridiculously cute stuff!!
