Aww, I just found out that a woman that I worked with 10 years ago passed away last weekend. She was so nice to me when I started my job fresh out of college. She was in her 60s and was married but was never able to have kids.

She bought me a full size refrigerator for my 23rd birthday because she thought I was a bum for only having a mini fridge in my first apartment! Definitely the nicest gift that I have ever received from a non family member!
