Running! It's full body and is the only cardio that really makes me feel like I got a good workout. I used to use the stair master a lot and the only thing that made it bearable was reading while I was on it. .

Today I started to train for 5K. There is a free app called C25K, I used it for the first time, and I really liked it. You can listen to your own music and a voice tells you to walk or run.

@prettylizy: yes! but i've been slacking. didnt work out today a big motivator has been dietbet. its a challenge where you bet money and you have 4 weeks to lose 4% of your weight. if you succeed you take home the pot (or split amongts the winners)

Crossfit-burpees, box jumps, sprints, etc-all cardio and all ass kicking! HIIT in general. Otherwise I enjoy biking with DH but it's more enjoyable than anythjng

I love step class and I was trying out Couch to 5k before I got pregnant. Now, I get so winded and tired that my cardio is going to have to be walking.

@prettylizy: Running outdoors. My second choice would be spinning! My least favorite is Elliptical... I get so so bored on it.

oh I hate the stairmill, but is a good workout for sure. I mostly run now. I don't love it but it's convenient and I don't necessarily have to go to the gym for it. I love spinning - great workout and it's fun. My husband swears by the rowing machine.
