Singles plus second seats count too.

For a side by side I really like the bumbleride Indie Twin
For tandem I find something wrong with them all: too big, too small, have to remove seats to fold, ect.

City Jogger Select. I really wish we had this one instead of our Britax B-ready. I like that both kids can see out the front at the same time, whereas with the second seat on the B-Ready the bottom kid can't see anything in front of him or her. I also like that the City Jogger Select can actually have three kids ride on it at one time. It can have two seats and a glider board, the B-ready can only do two kids at a time.

Another vote for the Bumbleride Indie Twin! I just bought one used after using the UBV with second seat for 6 months and it's amazing. So light, you can use a car seat, fits through standard doors and the kids love being next to each other. The tandem strollers are SO heavy and hard to steer in comparison!

@matador84: that one looks nice!
I have a City Mini GT double and I'm pretty happy with it!

@autumnlove: it is crazy $$$$ but I saw a demo on it at bbb and it trumps all other doubles times 10 IMO!

Double BOB... We have the single and love it... Would love to go jogging whenever I wanted with the kids... I wouldn't have to worry about finding childcare just to exercise!

Double BOB!!! I love my single so much. We were able to get one at a really great discount a couple of weeks ago at the REI members only sale and I'm sooooo excited!!

@Sparkler: can I ask how old your kids are and were you using the regular seat with rumble seat or with the piggy-back (the skateboard type attachment for the kid to stand). I'm sad to read that you didn't like the UBV and that you ended up with another double stroller. I have the UBV as my main stroller and plan to use it as my double stroller. What do you like better about your new stroller?
I would love a double BOB!

Baby jogger city select. I think this is the one we are getting soon.
I can't Stand the BOB! I have it for jogging but this its soooo heavy I couldn't imagine using it for my daily stroller, especially as a double!!

@Sandy Kids now are 7 months and 2.5 years. I was using the rumble seat and would alternate between using the car seat and the regular seat for my infant. I didn't hate the rumble seat, but it was pretty heavy and my toddler would always say that the infant seat was too close or would have a problem with the foot rest either touching his feet or being in his way when I used the regular seat. Since we use our stroller a lot, my toddler and I typically like to talk to each other and I found it hard to hear him being so far away. As others have mentioned, the rumbleseat doesn't recline, doesn't have a great canopy, doesn't have a great option for when it rains and with it being so close to the ground I was nervous that my toddler would basically be in the snow in the winter I would have made it work, but I found the bumble indie twin for $200 used and it is just so much easier to push, you can jog with it if you want, it has separate canopies, still works with a car seat. I literally just got the bumbleride indie twin a few days ago and I am still in the honeymoon stage

@luckypenny: Have you test driven the City Select in doubles mode with some weight on it? I found it really difficult to maneuver.

The Britax B-Ready. I'm lusting over that stroller, and I don't even think we're having a 2nd baby, ha ha.

@ShootingStar: I haven't but when I've talked to moms they've also said that along with the fact most tandems are somewhat hard to maneuver. I still like the configuration of the sets best and that it will work as a great single when my older toddler outgrows a stroller in a year or so.
