I love the size of our house and all the rooms except the living room. I also love that our neighborhood has sidewalks and is close to everything. I dislike that we rent instead of own, the size of our living room, and the fact that our yard isn't fenced in.

Love: Our location and that we have a nice comfortable home.

Hate: The layout of our house sucks and whoever picked out the trim/cupboard/baseboard/carpet/hardwood had extremely bad taste. Also that our house needs a lot of general updating and fixing. (and it's only 10 years old!)

I hate pretty much everything about it. I'm miserable here, but it's only temporary. I guess that's my favorite thing - that we'll be leaving within a year or so.

I think our living space is pretty nice and comfortable. We also live close to a lot of nice hiking paths and stuff which is great in the summer! The downside is it's kinda small. We own a home, but we only live in the upstairs (we rent the basement) so we basically live in an ok-sized 2 bedroom apartment. Our kitchen especially just doesn't have enough space! I also don't like having a tenant right under us. I can't wait until this home is paid off so we can move to a "regular" two story home!

I love the size and that it feels homey even though it's an apt. I HATE the location (the neighborhood kids are ghetto & bullies) and the cost.

Love our location and our amenites in our apartment building and the natural light we have. I hate how small our living/dining space is.

I LOVE our location-- it's on what I think is the prettiest street in the entire city, really convenient to everything we need-- I can pass 3 different grocery stores on my walk from the train to my door, depending on the route I take. Our rent is also way less than it should be. It stays really cool in the summer and we rarely need the AC.

Dislike- it's only 1 bedroom and I think we are going to have to move before LO gets here. The kitchen is a little small (but has tons of storage for an apt) and the finishings in the kitchen and bath are cheap. It's on the ground floor and the floor is always cold, and the apartment usually feels cool in the winter.

Fave- Great location easy access to my job and DH's job and lots of nice places to eat out within 5 minutes, nice pool in the apartment complex

Least fave- The heating is never just right, its always hot or cold

Love the price of rent and that it includes EVERYTHING--all bills, cable, internet, plus it's a furnished apt. (owned by people we know...so not gross to be using someone else's stuff)

Dislike that the one bathroom is tiny (no tub!) and that we can't put personal touches like wall paint, using our own furniture, etc. Plus parking on the street isn't ideal.

Hate the size/design of our home. There's zero storage space. Our master bedroom doesn't even have a master closet shoo!! And it's an older home so lots of renovation needs to be done to it still.

I love the location of our home!
