What is your favorite cuisine?
I can't ever decide. I like a little of everything! I'd say my top 3 are Spanish, Greek, and Japanese.

I could never, ever pick just one.
Indian, Japanese, Italian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Thai, Mexican, Chinese...
I could edge toward Middle Eastern being my almost-favorite-but-I-won't-say-favorite-because-I-love-them-all.

Somehow I just came across this thread and thought I'd put my two cents in. My favorite cusines are Burmese, Ethiopian and Thai. Yum!

@Katrocap: this is so spooky, as soon as I saw this thread title, I was debating in my head whether to say Burmese or Ethiopian! I think I like those two specifically because there is nowhere to get them where I live so they are special. I also love Persian, Lebanese, Indian, Thai, Japanese, I could go on and on.

I'm an Italian girl at heart, but could eat Middle Eastern food all day every day. I have a serious baba ghanoush addiction!

@moonmoon: What a coincidence! We are international cuisine twins. I've never tried Persian, but DH says it's delicious. He's in San Francisco right now, the land of bountiful ethnic restaurants.

There's a lot I don't love about living in Florida, but being able to find real Cuban food just about anywhere isn't one of them. Really, any and all Latin food is my favorite.

It's so hard to decide - probably Mexican and Italian, but Vietnamese, Greek, Cuban, and Colombian come a close second.

@Katrocap: Mmmm, Ethiopian! We have an excellent Ethiopian joint that does a lunch buffet...I'm going to have to hit it up tomorrow

@Katrocap: Oooh he should check out Viva Goa on Lombard Street -- THE.BEST.Goan food (Indian) ever. He will not be disappointed. And Lavash on Irving Street is really good Persian food. I think I may need to take a trip into the City this weekend....

@MediaNaranja: Oh man ceviche??? Need me some of that stat.
PS It's almost 8pm and I'm still at work and haven't eaten dinner yet so this thread is really not conducive to me finishing up work. It's just making me drool!

@NorCalWayfarer: I would bathe in ceviche if I could. Not even joking.

Vietnamese, Thai, and Italian cuisine are my favorites but around Nov-Dec, I'm all about pumpkin desserts and American home cooking.
