I think mine is watching the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. I just love me some rich, bickering women I guess! I also like to see what they are wearing. They are more well dressed than the other housewives....kind of like when I watched Sex and the City to see what those girls were wearing.

I watch Grey's Anatomy and the Bachelor/bachelorette. I think that I like the Bachelor(ette) because it's such a train wreck, and Grey's is just a habit, but still!

Totally Greys Anatomy. So addicting! DH hates it. So I usually make a girls night of it and go somewhere or kick him out with one of my friends hubby or something. Haha

We don't have cable so we don't watch alot of TV, but we do have netflix (still we screen alot)
The 2 shows that DH and I really like are Psych & Lie to Me..... We'll watch all the episodes in a few days and then be sad to wait for the next season!
We just finished the new season of Lie to Me and I had serious remorse for the following 2 days b/c I miss it . lol

I love Real Housewives of BH too!! Def up there on the guilty pleasures list. Another for me would be getting a mani/pedi and reading gossip magazines... but I only do that a few times a year!
Food wise, I have SO many... But a short list would include dark chocolate, ice cream, burger/fries/shake, and CAKE!

We don't have TV, so I watch old stuff on Netflix, but I love drama TV! I really got into Secret Life of an American Teenager *blushing*! Food guilty pleasure, anything sweet! I love white chocolate!!!!! And this time of year, my guilty pleasure is egg nog lattes! Oh my, so good!
