My favorite is Bing Crosby's Baby It's Cold Outside. I also thoroughly enjoy blasting Dominick the Donkey for the simple fact that my husband hates it. I'm such a good wife.

Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree by Brenda Lee
And it totally makes me think of the scene in Home Alone where Kevin puts on a fake party to make the robbers think people are in his house . . . CLASSIC!

@swedishfish: Love Actually . . . is in my top 5, maybe even top 3, movies of all time! And that song--and part of the movie--gives me goosebumps!

@MsLipGloss: I totally think Home Alone every time I hear the song. And the rad little get up he had going with the fake Michael Jordan in the window.

I love O Holy Night, and my fave Christmas album is Martina McBride's. I don't know how such a powerful voice comes from such a tiny lady!

@rahlyrah: As soon as I read the title I thought of 'Baby it's Cold Outside'...I love that song!

@MsLipGloss: That's what I think of too every time I hear that song!
I love Do You Hear What I Hear - when it's performed by any of the classic singers (Bing Crosby, Johnny Mathis, Perry Como), not so much the Carrie Underwood version.
I also love a little David Bowie mixed with Bing Crosby and can't get enough of The Little Drummer Boy/Peace on Earth. DH abhors that song and sings over it with his own made up lyrics about how terrible it is. Cracks me up!
Really though, I love most Christmas songs, especially the classic versions!

@Cchoi4: Ha ha...that's the only Christmas song that makes me want to punch someone. And I'm a diehard McCartney fan, so it hurts that I hate it so much.
My favorite it probably Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas by Judy Garland. I love it so.

@MsLipGloss: that girl has an amazing voice! I heard they had to make her sound more like a little kid because she was so good. I need to watch me some Love Actually this weekend!

I'm a sucker for the traditional, religious songs - they give me shivers, and make me emotional, haha. O Holy Night, O come, O come, Emmanuel, Silent Night, & O come, All Ye Faithful are my absolute favorites.
As for secular songs, I love Carol of the Bells, and Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.
My guilty pleasure is Mariah's, All I want for Christmas is You.

Coldplay's version of "2000 Miles" is my favorite, but I rarely hear it and can't find it to download (it used to play on the in store music when I worked at TJ Maxx as a teenager). But, I also love "River" by Joni Mitchell, and "At Christmas" by Hanson. "Please Come Home for Christmas" by Aaron Neville is awesome, too.
I guess I sort of like sad Christmas music?? But, I really JAM OUT when I hear "Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays" by Nsync...
