I like to eat crazy spicy. I seriously can't live if living is without spicy!
My favorite hot sauces are:
1) tabasco -- nothing can beat the versatility of tabasco. i use it on eggs, pizza, fries, noodles, create a dip with it with mayo...
2) sambal - thai and chinese food
3) sriracha rooster sauce - pho, thai and chinese food
4) tapatio - crab
These are the four that are constantly in my rotation.

I agree with your 1-3. My MIL makes her own concoction and gives me some - scotch bonnet peppers, pureed. SOOOO hot but sooooooo delicious.

Ditto on #1-3. My MIL makes a stinky spicy sauce that we eat sliced beef with and another type of fish sauce for blue crab. I can't eat too spicy though so I dibble, but I'm trying to build up my heat tolerance.

I love me some tabasco, sriracha and gochoojang (with vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil and chopped green onions)
I don't eat a lot of hot sauce when I'm home, but always ask for it when I'm eating out.

I love Franks Xtra Hot! It's quite hot but has a really sharp flavor, I love it on wings and nachos especially!

Tabasco will always be my number one. I also love the flavor Pepper Plant and Louisiana, though I don't find them very spicy, so I always use a lot. Tapatio, Cholula and Sriracha are my next faves.

I can't eat anything spicy...like mild salsa at times can be a little spicy, but DH LOVES spicy food and sauces. we buy Sriracha by the bulk, it's redonk some of the stuff he slathers the stuff with!

@blushink: I'm with you there. NO hot stuff here. DH loves ghost pepper sauce. He currently uses Mad Dog 357 or something like that.

love some sriacha sauce! or however it's spelled! i also love the red sauce with the garlic and pepper at thai food restaurants. and i love salsa...spicy. i haven't been able to eat anything really spicy in a while since it aggravates heartburn too bad.

I've gotta give Cholula some love! I think it has better flavor than tobasco. I do love Sriracha too!
I put red pepper flakes in so much of my cooking, we like things spicy in our house.

I'm not big on hot sauce. We have Franks Hot in the fridge for when we do chicken wings.
