What is your greatest fear (real and silly)? My greatest real fear is something happening to DH or DD. My greatest silly fear is a spider on me while I am sleeping or a tsunami (we live over an hour away from the beach).

Losing DH and/or DS, snakes, spiders and clowns.
ETA: And the silly one: mirrors in dark bathrooms. Because I'm terrified of Bloody Mary.

Losing my son. Losing DH would obviously also be terrible but losing little E is my greatest fear ever. Just the thought of it makes me sick to my stomach.
Silly fear- someone hiding in the closet to get me! I check it every time I enter our room!

Greatest fears are something awful happening to my husband or daughters and being tortured.
My silly fear is balloons... I cannot stand them and if possible I will leave the room or area if they are being blown up or played with.

Biggest real fear is Hubs leaving me - doesn't matter how. Biggest silly fear is ferris wheels. Just watching one makes me ill.

Anything happening to my family. Silly fears - insects near me and a balloon popping near my eye

Real: something happening to my family
Silly: falling into a sidewalk grate, that someone will stick my hand down the garbage disposal while it is running, haha.

I'm deathly afraid of snakes of all types (real, not real, stuffed animal, cartoon, etc).
I'm also afraid of losing my loved ones as we age, and now my LO.

Real fear: something happening to my close family members
Silly fear: Honeycomb shaped things, clusters. -
Real: Same as you guys, fear of something happening to my family/loved ones.
Silly: When potatoes start to grow roots. Those things just freak me out!! I went to grab a potato once, and I guess it was old cause the whole bag was growing roots and I screamed bloody murder and dropped it. Poor DH jumped so bad and ran over to see what happen. I couldn't even look at the bag as he took it out to the trash. -
Real: Something happening to my family and flying. I dont think the flying one is silly. Im TERRIFIED to fly even though I know how irrational that is. I get cold sweats even thinking about it
Silly fear: scary movies. I just cant do them

Silly: the dark, awful bugs, Paranormal Activity -
Real: Same as everyone above...losing someone in my family.
Silly: Slugs.
