I'm just curious after reading the other post on hourly vs. salary pay, what (if any) sort of paternity leave did your husband have?
My husband took 3 months off (all FMLA) after I returned to work but all of it was unpaid. He also ended up on the bottom of the overtime list when he returned (obviously haha) so he had to take a lot of forced overtime. Ironically, if you adopt you get 2 weeks paid at his work, but nothing for birth of your own child.
He is a union worker for the local gas utility company.
