I recently realized that it's beets for me. I don't mind them in small quantities in salads, but overall not a beet fan. I don't think I dislike any other vegetables though!
What about you?

@hilsy85: Yes, me too. Okra is the only vegetable that I won't eat.

Okra, I can't even eat it. I don't love beets but I will eat them if I have to.

Mushrooms. I think a lot of it is psychological--the fact that they are a type of fungus messes with my head.

There are so many! I hate brussel sprouts, peas, squash, and beets.

Mushrooms and most cooked greens (chard, spinach, etc). I can handle small quantities but too much grosses me out, it's a texture thing. Also not the biggest fan of okra or yellow squash

I like all veggies, but I think I don't like raw onions. Cooked... they are fine, but not raw.
There is a veggie that went from my least favorite and is now my absolute favorite and that is brussel sprouts. I crave them now! My mom used to boil them and they were so gross. Now, I cook them in a little olive oil (or if I have bacon fat) and it is so good! I made some last night (no bacon fat, though.)

asparagus, I just can't do it. Everyone LOVES it and talks about how great it is and I think it taste awful. I also don't like full sticks of raw celery! I can do small pieces in a pasta salad and in soup, but not raw.

Also beets! I'm sure there's some magical way to cook them where they don't taste like dirt, but I've never found it. My MIL even curries them, and I generally like ANYTHING curried, and I still hate curried beets.

Brussel sprouts, okra, beets and mustard cabbage. ugh. I don't like lima beans either. Too pasty.

@lamariniere: @Reese: I never knew people ate fennel - I thought it was only a spice!

Brussels sprouts. Although my mom roasted some recently and they were ok like that!

Brussel sprouts. I have tried them every which way, and I do not like them. People keep telling me I just need to try them cooked a certain way and NO. I do not like them.
I'm also not a fan of beets.

It's a tie between cooked carrots and peas. Both make me sick to my stomach

I'm not really a vegetable person... but the ones I do like I primarily like raw. So any vegetable that is mostly eaten cooked I don't like (brussel sprouts, asparagus, squash, any sort of roasted vegetable really....)

For all of us beet-haters, I found this: http://www.theatlantic.com/health/archive/2010/07/food-phobias-how-to-make-peace-with-beets/59071/

Oh, peas! I'll eat them if they are in a mixed vegetable assortment but not just peas.

Are we counting tomatoes as vegetables? Because if we are, it's tomatoes. They're actually my most hated food of all time ever. I can't even handle them being cut within like 50 feet of me.
But if we aren't counting tomatoes, then yellow squash. Barf.

Also beets for me. I don't mind them pickled but any other way grosses me out.

@Anagram: I find that if you roast cut up beets instead of putting in tin foil, you don't get that dirt flavour. I love beets!
Any vegetable that comes out of a can is gross to me.
