LO's bedtime routine is this:
- Bath for as long as she's happy (as little as 3 minutes, as long as 15min)
- Fresh diaper
- Massage
- Into PJs and then feed
- (If hubby is home, he'll read us a few books)
- Into sleepsack and cradling/shushing for a minute
- "Sleeping time, LO. Good night, I love you."
- Into crib and I'm out the door.
All of this takes 30-50 min.

Almost all the same elements, different order:
Put away toys, turn on ambient lighting in DS's room
Bath
Massage, diaper, pjs
Sleepsack
Read Goodnight Moon one time
Into bed, close door and walk out
My son stopped eating before bed quite early, I'd say around 10 months. He just flat out refused to drink, so we stopped.

- bath or books (bath only every other night because he's prone to eczema)
- carry into guest room (we sit on the bed) only keeping hall light on
- fresh diaper
- lotion
- sleeper
- sleepsack
- nursing
- carry into nursery, rock and shush a few times, into the crib, and I'm out the door

-Naked time! While hubby gets the bath ready LO and I will get her undressed. She loves it, I tickle her and she giggles!
-Bath time. Every other night with soap.
-Daddy dries her off
-Night time diaper
-PJ's, which takes forever because she's extra tired and squirmy by now
-Smooches
-Bottle and rock in the glider
-Goes in the crib, finds her thumb, and she's out!

I think it's so amazing that once she's in the tub, she immediately shows greater signs of sleepiness!

Our routine is flawed. Mainly because we haven't done sleep training yet and she still needs to be nursed to fall asleep.. we're workin' on it. But this is ours:
Bathie time 
Baby massage, diaper, pj's
Quiet play in our bed for a few
Read a book (or eat a book if you ask our LO)
Nurse with quiet music playing
Crib and done (hopefully)
