We are going to remove the sunken hot tub in our deck. Going to be a pain in arse to get rid of. Then DH will fill the hole. Then we have to clean and restain the deck. Then we are replacing the 2 sets of French doors from the living room to the deck.

Hopefully baseboards. Also need a new furnace (gah), garage door, new windows, closet doors, finish our kitchen, redo the bathroom...

I think our front yard needs to be totally overhauled, hopefully in the next year or two we can get to it!

We are going to start working on our backyard. We will probably build a fire pit/seating area first.

We are renovating our second bathroom- DH started demo- then stopped.... Hoping we can get some done I the next few weekends!!

We are smack in the middle of completely rearranging the apartment...last week we just stripped all the furniture out of our home office and moved the computer desk and other office equipment into our bedroom (it's way too big, so this isn't a huge loss). Yesterday we had the room painted purple for baby #2, and today I'm off to order wardrobes for both my girls' rooms to create more storage space, because 2/3 bedrooms in our apartment don't have closets. Seriously? Who builds bedrooms without closet space? Ah, the joys of urban living...

@rahlyrah: We need it level off so 10+ dump truck loads of dirt.Stone retaining wall. Then have to get 2 trees removed so grass will grow. It is a mess. We already have a deck. I think it mostly is labor. We had two companies tell us that it was to big of a job for them. Nothing even that fancy.

I need to get estimates for granite counter and new fixtures in our hall bath.

This year we're working on overhauling our landscaping which will be quite the project considering we have half an acre. We're also going to be putting in some new fencing since this summer we will likely have a LO outside walking! (We'll be out there with him, of course, but I still would feel better with the yard completely fenced.)
