If your kids were the same gender, what clothing items have you supplemented?
So far I've had to buy sleepers. DD 2 is growing at an astonishing rate!

I have only bought a couple sleepers, I just don't know what I will need??? DD1 was an October 1 baby, DD2 is going to be a mid-March baby...I think my 0-3 stuff should work depending on her size. I've decided I'll just stock up after she's here and I know how big. dd1 was almost 9 pounds when she was born so we have very little newborn clothing, if this baby is small I'll for sure have to stock up on that, but don't want too unless I know I need it! I don't' know why I'm struggling so much with this

@LuLu Mom: haha the only things I bought before DD 2 arrived were onesie. I knew I needed those because i wore the shit out of DD 1's. So I only had a couple in each size.
I would definitely wait to supplement as necessary in other items!
I had end of April and end of August babies. Which around here is roughly the same climate!

@regberadaisy: Yep, I have new white onesies bought, but that's it! And one new sleeper for the hospital for pictures...seriously I just haven't gone crazy. DD was so big when she was born, but then did not gain weight at all for like 8 months, so *think* her summer stuff should work if we have a "normal" sized baby this time. but only time will tell!

@LuLu Mom: haha same. I thought baby sister at least should have her own coming home outfit.

A lot, my kids were born in opposite seasons and are growing differently.

@regberadaisy: HAHA I'm actually using the coming home outfit that I originally bought for dd1, but by the time she got out of the NICU it was too cold to wear and she just went home in a fleece sleeper/hat. So I figured my spring baby could wear it since DD1 never did. We are having a photographer come take pics in the hospital so I bought her a cute new sleeper for those with a matching hat.
I'm so glad I'm not alone in going crazy for new stuff, I just don't' want a lot of extra waste like I had last time with clothes never worn. this is most likely our last so I want to buy clothes she will actually wear!

Coming home outfit, and off-season clothes. DS1 was born in winter and DS2 is due in summer. Other than that, I'm hoping he can get by using DS1's sleepers and stuff.

I bought a few sleepers in 0-3 months, and random pants, onesies, and cute things in larger sizes that were super on sale at Gap. #2 is a lot bigger than #1, so even though they're both winter babies, I'm not sure if the sizes will line up.

We had to buy a couple newborn sleepers. DD2 was 1.5 lbs smaller than DD1 and we didn't need any the first time. She's caught up now so their sizes are matching up perfectly.

Yes, #2 will be at a different season so I'm not sure what I will need to buy (early November and Mid-May), probably buy as we go along.

Everything. They were born at the start of different seasons with a 3 1/2 pound weight difference. DS2 was much smaller and we had to buy some newborn items. Well, he has grown much faster than brother. They just haven't lined up yet to where he can totally use his brother old clothes.

Since a lot of clothes with LO1 were gifted, I bought a few things that were more my style for LO2 and then some sleepers because LO1 wore them out.

I honestly have not bought a single thing for DS2 due to arrive in March. Although his older brother was born in a completely opposite season (October) I know most of the newborn sleepers and onesies will still work for him. We'll just buy things as needed from there.

My LOs were born in different seasons, and I had to supplement a lot with DS2. I bought new sleepers, onesies, and sleep sacks.
