Unmedicated hospital birth with me, home water birth with my little sister.

my mom had one natural birth and one C-section (but at 27 weeks so no choice!)

3 natural births. Which totally seems like my mom. I believe she even told one of the nurses that advised her if she needed to scream that she could, "she didn't think screaming was necessary"

My mom had 2 normal, vaginal births and an emergency c/s with me.

My mum had a forceps delivery with me at 34 weeks. She had gas-and-air as pain relief. She had loads of stitches too and took a long time to heal.

Both my mom and MIL had two unmedicated vaginal births. I had the same and they were great motivators/coaches (though neither was present)/inspiraton!

MIL - 3 c-sections. -
Mom: 3 vaginal epidural births and 1 unmedicated
MIL: 2 vaginal births but I am not sure if they were medicated or not...I'll have to ask.

MIL: three medicated hospital births.

MiL: 4 full term C-Sections at hospital, including a set of twins.
Me: One (absolutely spectacular) unmedicated home birth at 41 +3.

My mom had one unmedicated, but complicated hospital birth and one unmedicated birth center birth.

With me she had a medicated birth then 2 unmedicated births with my brothers.
No idea about MIL

@autumnlove: my mom had 2 unmedicated births. They happened too fast for her to get drugs. I'm pretty sure my MIL had 2 unmedicated births as well, and she's a tiny lady who had 9 pounders!

My mom had 2 c sections.
I also had a c section.

My mom had two c sections. My MIL had 3 vag deliveries but I don't know if they were unmedicated. I know the birth of my SIL was terrible and she was badly torn, sounded unmedicated to me.

I had one medicated c-section.
My sister had two medicate vaginal births and one unmediated vaginal birth

My mom had two c sections. In fact all the women on my mom's side of the family have had sections except for me!

My mom had 3 c-sections (the first an emergency but all 3 she was completley under due to her back not being able to do an epiteral.) MIL had 3 natural with medication.

My MIL and mother each had 2 medicated, super quick, super easy labors and vaginal births. Pitocin, epidural, and all that.
My moms third child came at 27 weeks and ended up being a c section.

My Mother had two emergency c-sections, both resulting in complications and infections. My brother was fifteen (!) days overdue and I was a week late.
My Mum always thought she'd have three kids but she decided to stop at two due to her horrendous experiences!

induced at 2+ weeks overdue with me (8.5 lbs) and my brother (10 lbs something!!!), had epidurals both times.
had my twin sisters at 38 weeks i think (6 lbs something EACH), and birthed both of them with an epi. they were born something crazy like 4 min apart!

My mom had an unmedicated hospital birth with me and went on to have 9 unmedicated home births. My MIL had an unmedicated hospital birth with DH (we're both the oldest, lol) and the 8 following kids at home.

My mom had three unmediated vaginal births. I'm not totally sure about MIL. I know she had vaginal and that she had laughing gas with SIL!

My mom had an emergency c-section with me, and a scheduled section with my sister. MIL had two vaginal births - can't remember if they were medicated or not.

I'm an only child--my mom was induced with Pitocin and did not have an epidural, though I think I remember her saying she had a narcotics shot at some point (something similar to Stadol).
My MIL had two vaginal births and I'm pretty sure both were unmedicated. .

My mom had three super fast unmedicated births (like there is a name for it, it was so fast)

I have had two c-sections and will have a third December 30th.

I had one vag w/epidural birthDunno about MIL, don't care to ask her.
Speaking of...when Mom had us, husband's weren't allowed in the labor room!!! I can't imagine.

My mom had a c-section (me) and then two VBACs
MIL had 4 homebirths. She is totally nuts and not crunchy at all and I can't quite believe this but I know it's true!
