I like the letter! We did chalk in the shape of eggs, bubbles, puzzles and books for their Easter baskets this year.

Glad you're trying to come up with non-candy options! I hope my family are this thoughtful when buying Easter gifts for my LO.
I second the recommendation for the dollar bins at Target, they have TONS of adorable Easter items.

If you're gonna do a personalized letter, you could probably easily DIY that. Kinda the same thing for the coloring book. As far as stuffed animals, it depends if they are into them. We actually don't keep stuffed animals in our home because of the dust collecting aspect (for allergies).

I know it might seem boring, but I really just love to get a little shirt from a Target or Old Navy. They both always have reasonable priced t-shirts and button downs. Another favorite is a swim suit! Or maybe even accessories like a hat or sunglasses (if you know they will wear them). Books are also usually safe. I'm usually okay with little snacks like goldfish if you want to also include at least one little edible treat. I probably have more ideas if you want more just let me know.

We're doing non-Easter items, a couple of books and a onesies as well as some eggs filled with snacks.

@bluestriped bee: Honestly, I agree with @Boogs:

We personally don't care for stuffed animals in our house. $21 is a lot of money for three small stuffed animals that will probably get thrown out. At that age, my LO was more into books and toys than stuffed animals.

I think the personalized letter is cute, but you could just DIY something. Same with the coloring book.
