My mom made almost all Korean food. Since Korean food is always rice, lots of side dishes, and a stew, we ate lots of stews! Our favorites were kimchi, soy bean, squid, crab, fish roe haha that all sounds not that tasty.
We also ate a lot of tofu, steamed eggs, noodles in anchovy broth or soybean broth, curry, fried fish. Wow Korean food is pretty healthy!
The only American dishes my mom made were spaghetti and potato salad, other than the sandwiches she packed for our lunches. Oh and my dad made a mean chicken soup, roast beef, steak, and soy sauce marinated drumsticks.
