Egg noodles, store bought.
My great-grandma used to make egg drop noodles. I'm not even sure if that's the right name but damn those were good.

I use Reames frozen egg noodles, found it at Target, it's really good.

The best I've had for chicken noodle soup are frozen egg noodes - Reames Homestyle. There's some homestyle egg noodles from Costco that I like as well. I would love to try my hand at making my own one of these days!

We use a whole wheat egg noodle.

@autumnlove: Yea they're hard to find, previously I drove to all of my local supermarkets looking for it. I finally found it at our Target last month and ended up stocking up.

Kluski egg noodles. they're thicker than standard egg noodles and taste more homemade. i'm guessing they are a regional thing.
