My dd refused to take a pacifier until she was 5 months. Then she liked the playtex ortho pro ones. My 1wk old will take a mam one sometimes.
Neither kid cared for the hospital soothie kind!

Both kids liked the Avent soothies.

Mam for life. He's a paci snob and will spit out any other kind. I should by stock in it considering how many we own.

First he only took the soothies, then after he found a bottle that he liked (mam), he would only take mam pacifiers after that. We just kicked that habit (at 2, yikes....)

My oldest only took soothies. Much to my chagrin, this one won't take one at all.

My son was a NUK kid. DD wouldn't take any kind of pacifier -- we tried them all!

DS liked them all but the soothies didn't stay in well. He seemed to (and still does prefer) the MAM ones.

DD used a Soothie very rarely then found her thumb. DS used the Avent ones.

Mine didn't like the soothies either; I think it's too heavy?
She didn't really take a paci till like 3 months... She now takes MAM & Nuk

DS has never been that interested in pacifiers, and mam is the only type he likes.

MAM orthodontic. She will take the Soothie on her Wubbanub but not a Soothie by itself...silly goof!

Mam and nuk! I love the nuk soothies as they stay in better. Both kids loved their wub a nub but they won't stay in at this age

LO 1 liked Nuk and LO 2 liked Soothies before they switched to their thumbs!

H-A-T-E-D soothies and all "made for infant" pacifiers. In desperation we tried a random one made for 6-month-olds when he was about a month old and he LOVED it...we've bought those in bulk and used them ever since.

initially she only liked soothies. then she switched and only liked avent 0-6mo size. now for sleep she will only use the avent 0-6mo but for car or toddling around she'll take that or the 6+ mo one or the soothie (we just have one, attached to a wubbanub)

DD liked soothies but I quickly transitioned her to MAM ones.
DS never liked paci's.. worked out for me, I guess!
