I don't eat salad.... so I'm not good with this. Last year I did a spring salad with spinach and strawberries, but I'm serving a lot of fruit already so I think more berries would be too much. Any good recipes?

Caesar salad is a crowd pleaser. Cracked black pepers, shaved parmesean, homemade croutons and anchovies can dress up store bought dressing.

spring greens with strawberries (or any other berry - or opt out altogether), sunflower seeds, avocado with a dressing of 50/50 balsamic/maple syrup and a spoonful of mustard (dijon or grainy)
add any other yummy veg/fruit you want

DW does an amazing salad with endive, radicchio, croutons, and a really simple old-school French dressing. Goes well with brunch or, in fact, any meal at all.

I second caprese or pasta salad. Caprese if you want something lighter!
