I have a pair of Nike Flex and love them. They are light and comfortable!

I have a pair of Nikes that I wear most of the time. I also have some Adidas trail runners that I use outdoors, and a pair of New Balance Minimus barefoot running shoes.

I have an old pair of neon bikes with elastic instead of ties. I have wide, high arched, bunionized feet that don't do well in tied tennis shoes.

For running I'm a Brooks fan, I like Asics gel for cross training!

Ahh! I'm a sneaker wh*re.
For running - something minimal for sure. Currently rotate between Saucony Kinvara 3 and Sketchers Go Run 2.
For cross training, a bulkier shoe like Nike Air Max.
Love, love the Nike Fly Knits too! Just recently tried them. -
