I need to get LO new shoes with good traction for daycare. I've only purchased cute shoes from See Kai Run and early walkers from Stride Rite...any suggestions?

Do the SKR not have good traction? Maybe go up to the next in the line? I love that they are so bendable.

She wears Converse or her Nikes.
What size is she wearing now?

DD has only worn Stride Rite and just recently I've gotten her a pair of Geox. But I'm very loyal to Stride Rite...They fit her so well!

My LO is currently rotating between 2 pairs of Smaller by See Kai Run. Her little feet are so teeny!

P wears a pair of mary janes similar to the SRT SM's from stride rite that I got at wal-mart. But, she doesn't wear them inside...I am still looking for winter shoes for her.

I think I have to leave a pair of snow boots, rain boots and maybe even moccasins for indoor use. The kids are outside everyday and the weather varies, so they have to change them there. I think most of the kids around here live in padded rain boots for the majority of the year.

Are you looking for sneakers? I always get mine at Marshalls - I can get Saucony or Nikes for around $15!

I alternate between Tiny Toms & boots right now. My LO refuses to keep shoes on so she's usually running around in socks/barefoot at daycare. She hates socks/shoes on her feet. I need to find a easier boot for her to walk in.

My son has two pairs of Osh Kosh shoes that we alternate between...they have to be exactly the same or he freaks out in the morning.
I buy them at Marshalls when I see them and buy two of the same size, lol.

@T.H.O.U.: The ones I have are Mary Jane style and they have pretty good traction but I am looking for more of a sneaker.
@locavore_mama: 4.5 but she has wideish feet!
@Mamaof2: sneakers!

@autumnlove: See Kai Run is great for wider feet.

At my son's daycare they all wear house shoes/slippers inside. I send him to school in either sneakers, rain boots or snow boots since they put on real shoes to go to the park every day.
