I used to just use costco brand because it was cheap. But my husband introduced me to Charmin ultra soft and I could never go back. So much softer!

kleenex cottonelle. i find charmin is too thick and can easily clog the toilet even though it is super soft!

Charmin Ultra Strong. I grew up using Quilted Northern but once I tried Charmin I never looked back.

Charmin ultra strong for now, until we have a house and have to worry about a septic. While we are renting I am using the good TP!

We use Angel Soft. I think it's the perfect thickness and it's usually on sale. I grew up on Charmin but I hate it. I think it's way too thick!

@artbee: We used to use Charmin Ultra Soft, but we actually had a problem with our plumbing getting backed up because the TP was so thick that it was not disintegrating properly.
Now, we just used Costco brand Kirkland Signature. Works great for me!

@Mrsdaredevil: Luckily we dont have an issue with that. And if we did, my husband would probably move or do something about the plumbing before switching. He has crohns so he uses a lot of toilet paper, he needs it to be extra soft!

I have always bought Kleenex Cottonelle. Hubs always bought whatever was on sale. That is why hubs doesn't do the shopping anymore. I have a sensitive tushie!

Charmin from Costco. I actually prefer Angel Soft or Quilted Northern, but our Costco rarely has those in stock. And I can't be trusted to remember to buy toilet paper unless I stock up at Costco.

I am typically a brand specific person, but not about TP! Both DH & I have basic requirements like it must be somewhat quilted/soft, cheap, double rolls, etc but we buy lots of brands based on price or coupons if I have them.
