I used the elliptical on Tues, interval run yesterday and I just finished a Physique 57 workout today. The DVD was only 30 minutes but I am so exhausted and sore!

I've done a mix of weight lifting/circuit training, stationary bike, elliptical, and treadmill. I get bored easily and have to switch it up from day to day

Pilates, always pilates! Getting much more unwieldy at 38 weeks but I'm hoping to keep it up til i pop!

Tonight I did pull-ups, back squats, jumped rope, and toes to bar. Tuesday night was kettle bell swings, squats while lifting a kettle bell, and something called a Turkish get up. Also seven minutes of burpees.

Nothing! Wish we had a gym close to us with a pool though!! My goal is to get back into a routine beginning on Sunday! Or tomorrow....
ETA: Good for all you ladies workin' it out! Keep it up!

Zero, zlich, nada....I really need to get into a routine now that I'm back at work. When I was SAH, I was good for at least 5 days a week. I want to aim for 3-4.
My plan was go in between work and picking up LO from daycare (I leave work at 2:30pm), but I just miss her too much to wait!
@autumnlove: Awesome job! I've wanted to try P57 but I'm pretty bad with at home workouts...my couch is far too comfy!

Just CF on Monday. I'm hoping I'll find more time for the gym once dd is in daycare and I'm back at work.
@Leialou: Nice! My WOD the other night was four minutes of burpees and four minutes of ball slams. Hurts so good, right?

On Sunday and Monday I did 2 mile runs. On Tuesday and Thursday (today) I did spin class plus 1.5 mild runs of the treadmill. I'm running tomorrow morning too. For strength training I carry my toddler (26 pounds), 3 month old (13 pounds) and all their stuff everywhere lol.

I ran 3 miles Monday and 3 miles today, and yesterday I did crunches (a few different styles), pushups, tricep dips, and arm circles.

Haha, um, carried an 11# colicky baby while walking around and around and around the kitchen island and bouncing in an exercise ball. Does that count?
ETA: oh, and that was every day this week
