I saw a speaker who talked a lot about self care and one suggestion was making a list or collage of things you love to do/fun things for you. She included stuff like like going for a walk, having a mini dance party in her kitchen and making and drinking a hot cup of tea. The idea is that you make sure to do one of these activities every day. It's a way to ensure your tiny pockets of time aren't all filled with endless scrolling and that at the end of the day you don't feel like you got lost in the shuffle of caring for everyone else.
So, what makes your list? It doesn't have to be stuff you actually do on a daily basis, just stuff you could do from time to time without any major hassle.
