I want something thicker but not as pricey as the Earth Mama Angel Baby we've been using because we go through it so fast with two kids! I'd like something thicker than California Baby for the winter though...

We use Hydrolatum (basically whipped Vaseline) per our Ped's recommendation. It works great and only cost $7 for a huge container!

DS uses Aveeno eczema lotion. It's works pretty well even for regular dry skin. I use it a lot, too.

I started using CeraVE cream and very happy with it!

I use a homemade body butter on DS - shea butter, olive oil, coconut oil, vitamin e capsule, and a couple of drops of lavender. A small tin has lasted me months!

Another for Aveeno eczema lotion, it helps wth DD's extremely dry skin.

On dry spots, I use Aquaphor. Most nights, he gets Johnson's bedtime lotion.

following! we use california baby but would like something thicker for winter too.

Aquaphor. Have you tried Vanicream? Look it up. It's thicker and great for dry skin and doesn't feel greasy. My boys' allergist recommended it if I didn't want to use Aquaphor all the time. I use it when I remember to but I still prefer Aquaphor as it's really helped to prevent dry skin.

Vaseline Creamy (it's in a tub). Recommended by the dr for eczema and it works like a dream!

Another vote for Aveeno Eczema Cream. We put a dab of Aquaphor on her really dry, red spots but the Aveeno does a great job keeping everything moisturized and smooth.

I've been using Aveeno but like you, prefer a thicker cream. I use Spectro Kids eczema care cream but it's suuuuuuper thick) and a bit pricey so we use it only at night.
I've just discovered Cetaphil's Restoraderm lotion and it's pretty good!

@rahlyrah: Do you use the multipurpose ointment? My mom got it for LO. I used it for bad diaper rash at one point. Now, it's sitting on DH's side of the bathroom counter. He uses it for his eczema around his ears and hairline. He smells like beeswax when I walk up to him. Kind of cracks me up.

We use weleda. It's not very thick but has worked well for us all winter. She doesn't get dry patches on her cheeks if I do It twice aday. I also use coconut oil.

Coconut oil This lotion also seems to keep LO's eczema controlled https://sumbody.com/store/indulge-me-body-cream-milky-rich It smells divine and mama loves to use it too.

Another vote for coconut oil & Vanicream. Vanicream is insanely thick & has helped LO's eczema.

Coconut oil, Cetaphil, Aquaphor, Honest Co., Medela. We had a bad reaction to California Baby and Aveeno Eczema surprisingly.

Store brand version of Cetaphil. When we go outside I put vaseline on her cheeks, chin and under her nose.

We use California Baby but we need something thicker too. We tried Burts Bees multipurpose ointment and didn't like it (too thick and smelled a little weird).

I am following too! I was using a Shea butter baby lotion from WF and 7th generation baby lotion but ran out of both so I just bought CA baby sensitive lotion. I tried using a 365 (WF brand) unscented cream but one of my LO's face got all blotchy, I felt so bad! I also want to try Waxalene as an alternative to vaseline/aquaphor but haven't bought it yet.
