My foundation is clinique but the rest of my makeup is drugstore cheap, brands like ELF and NYC. I seldom wear makeup and don't want to spend a lot on it.

I now use Estee Lauder BB cream. And all my lipsticks, glosses, and eyeshadows are either drugstore brand OR, the samples I get in my bonus gifts from Clinique or Estee Lauder.
The only other splurge is Nars' blush in Orgasm - it's the best and has lasted years - I've only bought it once!

The only product I am loyal to is Estee Lauder bronzer. It's huge and lasts forever, and it's the only one that's not sparkly or orange. I already have fairly dark skin so I use it liberally and it's the best.
Otherwise, it's a crapshoot. I'm not loyal to anything, and use drugstore products to save money. If I were rich, I would wear all Bobbi Brown & Estee Lauder.

I am a MAC whore. I really need to look int more drugstore brands and save some $$$.

@Rubies: Me too on the Nars Orgasm! I actually bought a special edition blush palette, but never used it yet because my Orgasm is still half-full like 4 years later! And I use it almost every day!
Foundations: Asian-brand BB creams, Bare Minerals, and Smashbox liquid (for going out).
Blushes: All Nars colors.
Eyeshadows: Various brands, but Urban Decay's Naked II almost daily.
Lip Color: MAC and NARS mostly.
Eyeliners: MAC

I use Bare Minerals for pretty much everything. I used to use Covergirl mascara but I got some BM mascara for Christmas and it was the best! I don't think I can go back to the cheap stuff!

Foundation/powder: Bare Minerals
Blusher: Benefit
Mascara: Clinique
Eyeshadows: Don't wear often, but either MAC, Benefit or Dior

MAC and Urban Decay are my favorite "high end" brands. I can't live without Urban Decay Primer Potion. Drugstore brands like NYX and Milani are generally pretty awesome for the price and I like them.
For drugstore products, I like L'Oreal lipstick and mascara, Revlon foundation, Covergirl eyeshadows and Maybelline eyeliner on an everyday basis.
I'm not addicted to any particular brand. I'll buy whatever as long as it works.

Laura Mercier, Tarte, Benefit, Urban Decay, Clinique and drugstore brands!

Make Up For Ever (MUFE) tends to have staying power on my oily skin. I also like Bare Minerals for summer.

I try to stick to brands I know are animal friendly. I love Urban Decay and NYX for this. I also use a lot of MAC, and I got a huge ELF eyeshadow palette for Christmas. Although so far I don't love it, b/c I feel like the eyeshadow gets all over the place when I put it on :o/

Mostly Bobbi Brown, some Arbonne & Laura.
Everyone keeps mentioning this Orgasm blush! Think I need to get me some.
nectarine / 2054 posts
La Prairie for foundation, Nars for blush, Dior for mascara, and Face Stockholm or Nars for eyeshadow and eyeliner.

@LMOG47: Milani makes a blush VERY similar to Orgasm for like 1/8 the price.
nectarine / 2765 posts
@zippylef: thanks! I'd actually never heard of Milani, I'll be checking it out : )

@plantains: lol!! Ditto. I don't wear much makeup though, so I don't mind spending the money.

Drugstore! Maybelline (mascara, foundation), Almay (eyeliner, concealer), Covergirl (powder), Avon (eyebrow pencil), whatever eyeshadow, blush/bronzer.
persimmon / 1286 posts
Nars for colors (eye pencil, blush, bronzer, lipstick), Laura Mercier for coverage (tinted moisturizer, concealer) drugstore brands for everything else (Cover Girl mascara, Maybelline eyebrow pencil)

Foundation and blush: Smashbox
Eyeliner: sephora brand

Foundation - Bare Minerals
Eyeshadow - Sonia Kashuk from Target
Eyeliner and mascara - Maybelline
Lips - drugstore brands. My fav lipstick is Rimmel London Kate.
I don't wear too much makeup so I don't buy expensive stuff. The only thing I'm loyal to is my Bare Minerals because it really covers all the red blotchyness (ha, totally made that word up).

I wear a mix of expensive and drugstore. I don't mind buying expensive foundation, blush & bronzer since it lasts me a year or more. I use Korres mineral powder, Korres blush, & Tarte bronzer. I use drugstore eye shadow, mascara & eyeliner

@plantains: I'm a MAC whore too. They get so much $$ from me, it's ridiculous!
persimmon / 1436 posts
Quick survey of my vanity drawer: Bare Minerals (best foundation ever!), Bobbi Brown, Nars, Trish McEvoy, Dior, Lorac, MAC, and Benefit. I have way too much makeup! Perks of working in the industry, though, I definitely wouldn't be able to afford most of that stuff if not for the freebies they give other vendors!

foundation: Bare Minerals
concealer: MAC
blush: Nars (though I dropped it, so I've been gently using what I can until it's just beyond useable)
mascara: Cover Girl (stopped using BareMinerals and DiorShow because it dries out so quickly.. don't love this one, but it gets the job done)
lips: MAC glosses and Nars crème lipstick/pencils
grapefruit / 4671 posts
@BKCaribBaby: I don't wear much either which is why the amount of money I spend in there is crazy. I can't help myself, I go nuts for all the gorgeous eyeshadow and then it just sits in my bathroom never being worn.
@MarieJ: love it!

Mostly drugstore brands here, but a few from department stores: Revlon eyeshadow, Revlon Colorstay foundation (not thrilled with it though), Benefit concealer, NARS blush, Benefit mascara (also not impressed for the price and will switch back to my trusted Loreal when it's finished).
@Rubies: I've been looking for a good BB Cream. What is the coverage like on that one?
hostess / eggplant / 11068 posts
@fussygal: Light and sheer. It doesn't cover everything but there is a beautiful noticeable difference in the smoothness and balanced look. I love BB cream and never wear real foundation.
